his story:
banditto was a member of a hispanic gang controlling the east side and beach area of miami FL. when a new stronger gang took over, his gang tried to create some sort of a super gangster. by loading him with MGH pills and etrigan mist and poorlly re-produced super soldier serum among other known and un-known substences, and left him over-dosed with the drugs, thinking the expirement was a failure. but from the mess rose a new and little enlightend the bandito. capable of generating axploading spheres, and with a little effort can put them on "timer bombs".
joining Florida's intiative super hero group "life guards" to calm the raging gang wars on the beach and the rest of miami.

BIG-ASS EDIT:well he creates white-yellow spheres/balls of energy. he can cover his hands like fighting gloves, throw them, put them and detonate from a distance... not too far... in eye sight(didn't think of that one's limitations...), use as a sheild (on the hand like cap used to), and i thought of it a while ago but didn't have a chance to draw it... but he can put them on his shoes and use them as skates...

other then that he's kind of a smart ass geek... he's street smart and comes from poor hoodz so he's had a rough life... has some trust issues but he can be trusted... he's a trivia king... but most of it is unimportant... the thing he loves most is his yellow hoodie...(if the 'what would you take to a deserted island with you' question ever rises... which it kinda did... his answer would be 'my hoodie... all the rest i can handle' he allways has funny boxers that are allways way out of his pants... and he has a bandana with a skull print... when he puts it on half his face it looks like a skull from the nose down...
when he's in his civil persona he wears it on his head and the hoodie is backwards...

uuuhhhmmm... he fights like a street punk throwing fists and kicks all over the place... not trained in any form of combat...

and i just came up with that... he has glasses in civies but take them of and put spheres instead... it makes his eyes full white-yellow with no pupils, it helps him see but not for too big of a disstance... hich takes the power from thedstance-detonation thing.
